My battle with greed.

Heyerr , welcome to Fifi's diary. It's been so long. I almost didn't write this , cause I'm not feeling too good. But the devil is a LIAR tehehe . Last  week I wanted to write this , but I had to go make my hair.

Let's dive right in 👇

If you're in Nigeria , you must have been hearing about different Pontiac schemes Yeah?  Oh my!  It all started last year, fresh from Uganda , went to my former school (UNI)  and my friend told me about MMM, a Ponzi scheme . Everyone was doing it. She told me about how the thing triples your money and blah blah.

I'm not one to do all those things, but dang I was so broke , the battle was strong  lol. My brother asked if I heard about it. I told him I wasn't interested . Oh I was, but the risk and fears won't let me do it freely.  Also when I was young there was this story I read about the money doubler or something like that, the guy doubled people's money and eventually it was all fake.

To be honest with you  though,  I really dunno if it's wrong.  On the other hand one part of my brain is telling me it is. Whichever one, I'm glad I didn't do it for two major reasons .
*Even though I had the struggle , which means I was battling with greed, I didn't let it win at the end.
* It crashed! The scheme crashed like people had so much money in there but didn't end up getting it.

Moral of this story, don't let greed be your drive.

Hello fam, good day and welcome to Fifi's diary. How'd your week go? Mine was great actually.I had time for myself. Why do I feel so sleepy? It's just 12:37pm and I even had a second round of sleep. Anyways, straight to the point. You see, this morning, I made a decision to start  living consciously. As a growing woman or lady, or whatever, I believe that every decision I make should be made consciously.I do not want to find myself in a particular place and wonder how I got there, I do not want to be in a relationship (general) and wonder how I got there.. On dark tunnels and periods of uncertainty...

Feeling: Better than I was last week. Time: 6:47am. I'm not sure if you remember quite well, but, sometime last week I said I was feeling bland, and I said I'd try to explain it. You see, as time went on I discovered 'bland' was a very not-so-perfect way to describe how I felt. I was super unhappy, I couldn't just put a pin to the feeling at the time. Oh, not to worry,  I'm super... okay maybe not super fine, but I'm fine. Maybe I'm super fine. So, like I said last week was not the best. I cried a lot. It's one of the ways I know how to get pressure off me. I'd burst if I don't cry. (You'll rather see me cry than burst hmn?) One of the saddest things in life is knowing your purpose in life and not knowing how to get about it. How to kick-start it. How to give it a little nudge. I'm kinda at that stage.
